Last 24 h of what Signal has collected, newest first, times UK local. NAVTEX repeats heard on several receivers are merged into one row. Transcripts are automatic (Whisper) and unverified. Nothing here is transmitted: receive-only. Click a row to expand it (audio, and a link to its panel). Incidents are what this browser has seen, so they sit under their own filter.

Correlation, not decryption: EAMs are encrypted. Counts are what one hobbyist project heard, so a quiet day can be poor HF propagation (check Kp above) or a gap, and an unlogged day is shown as such, never as zero. Long Group 4 EAMs run at ~3.6× baseline in the 3 days before announced Minuteman III test launches, so a G4 burst is usually routine. Our receivers time and class emissions (voice / ALE / FSK / PSK); encrypted traffic is not decoded. Voice clips carry an automatic (Whisper) transcript, so expect errors. Both feeds come through Crosspoint (intel node). neetintel.github.io

Every emission our receivers hear is measured, classified, decoded where a decoder exists, fingerprinted and attached to an emitter: a known net, or a numbered unknown (UNK-NNNN, never reused). Encrypted or unknown traffic is timed and measured, not decoded. Cadence is inferred from on-air times, so scan gaps show as missed slots, not silence. "Next expected" appears only at medium or high cadence confidence.

Spectrograms are 0–3.5 kHz audio (log magnitude) of the recorded clip. Measurements cover the active part only. Transcripts appear only for emissions classed as voice; they are automatic (Whisper) and unverified. Receivers are named by location only.
Receiver calibration (DWD Pinneberg reference)
—
Loading…
Public KiwiSDRs are not all GPS-locked. Each receiver is sampled on Deutscher Wetterdienst's 24 h RTTY broadcasts from Pinneberg (4583 / 7646 / 10100.8 kHz, 50 Bd, 450 Hz shift) and its clock error kept in ppm, the median of its last 6 good samples. The error scales with frequency, so tones and band edges of every event are corrected by ppm × kHz once a receiver has 2 samples. "Applied" means the correction reaches 1 Hz at 10 MHz.
ALE stations
—
Loading…
Stations identified from our own ALE decodes (MIL-STD-188-141A: callsign, Golay FEC, triple vote). Transmissions are decodes folded per callsign within 3 min. Cadence is fitted to the sounding times (with minutes of jitter allowed); "next" is the next point on that grid. A regular sounder not heard for several slots is usually a coverage or propagation gap, not a silent station: the day plan does not sit on the ALE channels. The last line compares heard/not-heard path observations with the KC2G propagation model's open/closed call.

HFGCS Emergency Action Messages read from our own receivers' automatic (Whisper) transcripts: callsign and preamble as heard, simulcast frequencies merged. Each one is checked against the NEET INTEL log, which runs hours to a day behind: "not in NEET yet" means NEET has not logged that far; "not in NEET" means it has logged past it without a match.

Known transmissions on a published schedule prove the decoders on real signals. W1AW (ARRL, Newington CT) sends its digital bulletins at 45.45 Bd Baudot, 170 Hz shift; band and receiver are chosen by the propagation model at each slot. Decoded text is automatic and shown as received.
DSC calls carry MMSIs, not positions, in this feed, so there is no position map. Ship MMSIs link to MarineTraffic; coast-station (00…) and group MMSIs don't. A relay or test is not an emergency.

Warnings are drawn only from coordinates in the bulletin text (points, lines, areas, "N miles of" circles); a bulletin without positions is listed, not drawn. Click anything for detail. Receive-only; not for navigation.

Received on our own and public receivers, nothing transmitted. Voice transcripts are automatic (Whisper) and unverified unless marked, so names and numbers are often wrong. DSC distress alerts are shown as received, and a self-test or relay is not an emergency. All feeds come through Crosspoint (intel node).
